Using the world and gameplay of Red Dead Redemption 2 as a foundation, Red Dead Online will offer a blend of narrative, competitive and cooperative gameplay to be explored alone or with friends. The mode will also see a steady flow of updates and changes to continue to evolve the experience for all players involved. GTA Online has built up a robust and extremely active community helped by regular updates from Rockstar to keep the world moving and flowing. This community has really flourished on the PC in particular, and while we can only assume Rockstar will be bringing Red Dead Redemption 2 to the PC at some point – we don’t have a date for that yet. Red Dead online will launch in November 2018 with an initial public beta and will be free to anyone with a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2, which will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 26 October 2018.
