Renew your IP address

We’re going to renew your IP address to see if that fixes the problem. Follow the steps below:Press your Windows Key + R to open up the Run window.Open up the command window by typing ‘cmd’ into the box and hitting enter.You’ll be greeted by the window bellow.

Type in ‘ipconfig /release’ and hit Enter.Then type in ‘ipconfig /renew’ and hit Enter.Finally, type ‘Exit’ and hit Enter.

Reset TCP/IP

Open up the command prompt again (Windows Key + R, then type in CMD and hit Enter).Type in ‘netsh winsock reset’ and hit Enter.Now type in ‘netsh int ip reset’ and hit Enter.Restart your computer.

Reinstall your wireless adapter driver

Open up your device manager, by searching for it in the search box at the bottom left of your screen.Open up the Network Adapters Arrow to view all of the options.Find your main Network Adapter, right click on it and hit ‘Uninstall’ as seen below.

Once it has been removed from the list, restart your computer.

Your machine will automatically reinstall the drivers when it boots up, so if they were corrupted or something was wrong, they will be installed from scratch.

Update your Wireless Network Drivers
